Lease Program

This is a great option for owners of Morgan mares with good show histories, pedigrees, confirmation, and personalities. We will gladly review your mare if this is an option you would like to consider. This lease can be at our facility or yours!

 

If you lease a horse to Mirabella Farms that is located at our facility, we will be responsible for mortality insurance, board and care, farrier, vet, worming and all other aspects of care. We will retain the first foal, and the mare will be returned to the mare owner after foal weaning. Before returning, the mare will be bred to their choice of our stallions, with a Live Foal Guarantee (LFG). The resulting foal will be sale property of the mare owner and may be placed in the MBI program at the owner’s  

discretion, if applicable.

 

If we lease a horse that is not on the grounds of our facility, we will be responsible only for mortality insurance and all in foal related vet bills. All board and care related fees will be the sole responsibility of the owner.  After weaning, it is our sole responsibility to pay for the shipping of the foal. A free breeding via AI will be provided to the mare owner to one of our stallions of their choice. Semen will be shipped for Artificial Insemination (AI). The mare owner will be responsible only for the collection and transport fee of the semen. The resulting foal will be sale property of the mare owner and may be placed in the MBI program at the owner’s  

discretion, if applicable.
